The agent called ‘DJ’ has caused us so much problems! He booked my 13 year old son on the Ryanair flight as an adult, instead of a child. Lucky I emailed myself and had reply with full explanation and confirmation that's resort is closed for this 2020 summer season until may 2021. Flights still live but my hotel is closed. Booked holidays in january flight out on 28th of July to majorca. Nobody would acknowledge my holiday was cancelled in writing, I asked for a refund to be told credit note only, I refused they told me to cancel the return flight which I refused to do as it is there problem to deal with EasyJet not mine.
After hours on hold on the phone and dozens of conflicting emails, Facebook and Twitter messages I am no further forward. Easy Jet cancelled my outbound flight and hotel announced they were not opening. So when the C-19 pandemic emerged I knew TT would be a nightmare to deal with. I booked the holiday in January to go in July, after I had paid over the phone, they informed me 10 seconds later that the holiday had gone up £200 and I would need to make an additional payment! I refused and eventually agreed to pay another £80 begrudgingly to avoid hassle.
